If you enjoy our food and what we do, and looking for a
different kind of investment in the face of the housing
and stock markets tanking, this give us a thought.
Think of it this way, if we could operate in Anderson
Township for 1 year, the likelihood of opening in
another area and succeeding may be a good bet.

When considering why this might be a good idea, I am
the guy who started the Teak in Mt. Adams; and ours is
the family that established the taste and popularity of
Thai food as it is in the area as it stands today.
Innovation and originality are key to any venture, and in
1994 in Teak, we took an "Asian" concept and made the
design more contemporary with just a flair of Thai.  In
1996 I introduced Sushi in what was deemed ridiculous
by many Thai people because I was combining two
different types of food.  Now look at the landscape of
Asian restaurants across Cincinnati.  They all do Thai
our way and ironically, THEY ALL THINK IT IS A GOOD
IDEA TO HAVE SUSHI in conjunction with their Thai ...
which their Thai is in most cases made by individuals
south of the border.

I would love to hear from you if you are interested at all.
The coming months will be the perfect time to find good
locations with the price of real estate and rent dropping.
On top of that, many restaurants are going out of
business making equipment at seriously discounted
prices available.  The coming months are the time to hit
the market.

The next Foreign Exchange will be an evolution of the
current location taking the concept to the next step.
Everything will still be affordable, but there are two new
major things I would like to introduce that would be
totally new to the area.  In this business I choose to
innovate, the rest soon copy.  If you are interested in
more information on the lead horse, come to The
Foreign Exchange and talk to me, Bret, or email me at
sbmicha@fuse.net.
